Greetings and many thanks for visiting my website and for your interest in my book Army Wives (originally published in hardcover as Under the Sabers), a nonfiction narrative about military life and the basis for Lifetime’s hit show, Army Wives. Army Wives is now in its fifth printing. I hope these pages help you discover more about my book, how it came about and the themes it explores. Writing Army Wives was an amazing journey and the result is a story I’ve wanted to tell for a long time. I’m honored to be able to share it with you. I hope you enjoy both the book and show.
